What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and its waitlist only. The Samana product is not yet offered; when it is, it will carry its own privacy policy appropriate to what it does. Nothing on this site collects health information.

What we collect

• Waitlist email address: the one piece of information you can choose to give us, by typing it into the waitlist form and pressing the button.
• Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers, and does not fingerprint your browser. How we use your email

• To send occasional updates about Samana's launch. That is the only use.
• We do not sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers, or enrich it with other data.

Storage and retention

Waitlist emails are stored securely and kept only as long as the waitlist exists or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. When Samana launches, we will either invite you or delete the list. [COUNSEL: confirm retention wording]

Deletion on request

Email hello@asksamana.com (or reply to any update) and ask to be removed. We will delete your address promptly and confirm.

Children

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because the only thing we hold is an email address you gave us, the practical path for all of these is the deletion contact above. Changes
