Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side: we may launch, delay, or change Samana at our discretion, and you may leave the waitlist at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). Waitlist membership does not guarantee access.
The Site's content (text, design, graphics, and the Samana and Sami names and marks) belongs to Orb Wellness Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not copy, scrape, or reuse its content commercially without our written permission. Open-source font licenses are included with the font files they cover.
Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, probe or overload its infrastructure, submit addresses that are not yours to the waitlist, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
